The building

The building is divided into two separated parts: The habitable one, where are all the guestrooms and eating-room are, and the former barn where is the 2-car-garage, bikes and sport facilities store and the children's playroom. Both buildings stand against each other, and together with wall and entrance gate they create a closed atrium yard with lawn, grilling place, swing and—which is the most important—absolute privacy for the guests.

Rooms

There are two floors in the boarding house; on the first floor you may find:

• common room - eating room
• “brown-carpet room” for two persons (16 m²)
• “blue-carpet room” for two persons (15 m²)
• toilet and bathroom with a wash-basin, a mirror and a bath with always hot water; the toilet and the bathroom are both in close vicinity to the “blue-carpet” and “brown-carpet” rooms
• apartment – two rooms for 2–4 persons with separated toilet and bathroom with a wash-basin, a mirror and a bath with always hot water
• kitchen

On the second floor you may find:

• “brown-carpet room” for two persons (16 m²)
• “blue-carpet room” for two persons (18 m²)
• “grey-carpet room” for four persons (24 m²)
• 2× toilet
• 2× bathroom with a wash-basin, a mirror and a shower

Room furnishing

All the rooms have beds with bed-clothes, furniture for storing own items and carpets. The apartment has a comfortable folding couch to serve as a bed. For all the rooms, the guests are given their own key to the room

Food possibilities

In the main season (VI., VII., XII. month) we automatically offer a half-pension (or a full-pension eventually). There's a possibility of self-cooking outside the main season (must be arranged in advance).

Heating

is realised by central heating system in the lower floor and by electrical heating in the upper floor. It is possible to dwell the boarding house in winter without difficulties.

Water

is of very high quality and is suitable even for nurse-children.

TV, video & radio + CD player

belong to the boarding house's equipment. They can be borrowed to one of the guests after arranging with the owners.

Bikes

are available for a fee (2× for children, 2× for adults); self-brought bikes or other sports equipment can be stored in a lockable room.

Children's niche

there is a specially modified room in the boarding house that offers wall bars, a spring-board and a blackboard for children to spend their free time in any weather.

Garden grill

can be borrowed after after arrangement. The fee will be proportional to the used ammount of brown coal.
